Massdiscounters Case Study

Massdiscounters operates two retail formats: Game and DionWired. Game is a discount retailer of general merchandise, fast-moving consumer goods and non-perishable groceries with 114 stores. DionWired is a South African electronics and appliances specialty retailer with 19 stores. With the help of JDA, Massdiscounters supports more accurate demand forecasting and more efficient fulfillment across an expanded, multi-tier supply chain. It realized the following results:
