Girish Rishi is Chief Executive Officer of JDA Software. Rishi joined JDA in January 2017 from Tyco International, where he was responsible for the firm’s global retail solutions business and North America building automation business, which had more than $4 billion in annual revenue. Prior to his role at Tyco, Rishi was senior vice president for the Enterprise division of Motorola Solutions where he transitioned the portfolio to new application frameworks that delivered a compelling user experience. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in early-stage, high growth companies, including at Symbol Technologies, where he led the EMEA theater. He serves as a board member of Digi International, is a member of the board of directors at UI Labs, and the board of regents at the University of Hartford. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Hartford and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Brian Boylan is responsible for leading JDA’s global human resources organization, supporting teams worldwide with strategies for recruitment, retention, performance management and leadership development. Boylan brought 20 years of leadership experience to JDA in 2005, and served as Senior Vice President until his promotion to Executive Vice President in September 2012. Prior to JDA, Boylan was a principal in Alliance HR Advisors, a human resources consulting firm. He also served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Human Resources for Asarco Incorporated, where he spent 16 years in various executive and management roles. Prior to his time at Asarco, Boylan served as Assistant General Counsel for the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations in New York City. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Brooklyn Law School and received a B.B.A. from Pace University in New York.
Martin Felli, JDA’s Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, is responsible for providing leadership on all legal matters for JDA, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation and risk management, acquisition activity and commercial transactions. He joined JDA in October 2013 as General Counsel for Corporate Matters, a position he held for 10 months. Prior to joining JDA, Felli held positions as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ECOtality, Inc., Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., and Senior Counsel for Home Box Office (HBO). Felli started his legal career in New York as an associate with the corporate group of the law firm of Latham & Watkins. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of the Inns of Court, and a B.A., magna cum laude from Baruch College, New York, New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
Cindy Howton serves as Executive Vice President, Global Consulting Services at JDA, where she leads and manages a team of expert consultants worldwide who help customers maximize their supply chain investments by successfully designing, launching and implementing JDA software within their organizations. Most recently, Howton was senior vice president for SAP’s North America Consulting Delivery organization. In this role, she was responsible for a $1.1 billion business, managing the work of 1800 consultants across all industries and the public sector. Prior to joining SAP, Howton was a managing partner with SunGard Consulting Services, where she led the Wealth Management consulting practice. Howton also spent 11 years at KPMG, where she was a managing partner and 12 years with Pennzoil Company, including serving as the chief information officer for the Pennzoil Company’s Exploration and Production Company (now owned by Devon Energy).
As Chief Marketing Officer, Kevin Iaquinto is responsible for directing JDA's brand awareness and identity, demand generation, product/solutions marketing, marketing communications, PR and analyst relations, partner marketing, customer marketing, social media and global events marketing. Iaquinto’s creative work has won multiple CMO awards including from SmartCEO Magazine, The CMO Club and the BestinBiz. He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and has led global marketing teams at over seven privately-held and publicly-traded technology companies. Prior to JDA, Iaquinto served as Chief Marketing Officer of Deltek, where he transformed the company's identity and revenue growth that helped lead to a sale of the company to private equity firm Thoma Bravo for over $1 billion. Iaquinto gained a broad understanding of supply chain while working at Manugistics, which would later be acquired by JDA. In addition to leading award-winning teams at JDA and Deltek, Iaquinto’s prior experience includes running global marketing teams at Software AG, webMethods, Global Crossing and Mercator. Iaquinto's early career included managing Fortune 500 communications at relationship marketing and public affairs agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College.
Todd Johnson serves as JDA Chief Customer Officer (CCO), where he is responsible for driving customer focus into all aspects of JDA's business. In this role, he leads the company's customer strategy, ensuring that JDA develops programs that deliver profitable results for customers, increase their satisfaction and promote loyalty. Johnson works cross-functionally to drive customer-focused initiatives that align the company's solutions and engagement models with the strategic needs and values of JDA's customers. This customer-first strategy streamlines and optimizes how customers engage with JDA across all aspects of the customer journey. In tandem, he and his team ensure customers are obtaining the maximum value from their JDA investments, while delivering innovation that drives profitability through a seamless supply chain. Johnson has been with JDA for more than 20 years, most recently as global vice president of the company's 3PL business unit. He has also held leadership positions in product development, product management, customer support, strategic consulting and sales, where he developed strategic relationships and expanded business with customers across the globe. Prior to JDA, he held a variety of positions at Office Depot and several other specialty retailers.
As Executive Vice President, JDA Center of Excellence, Salil Joshi is responsible for leading operations and overseeing the development of The Global Center of Excellence (CoE), with operations currently in India, Poland and Mexico. JDA’s integrated global supply chain CoE delivers profitable revenue growth to external and internal customers through unparalleled customer service, world-class talent, continuous innovation and best-in-class quality. Joshi has been with JDA since 1997, with leadership roles including Senior Vice President, CoE and Group Vice President, Product Development, where he led the development of JDA’s Replenishment and Transportation solutions. In 2004 he served as Vice President and Managing Director of the India Development Center, which is now part of JDA’s CoE, and was responsible for all aspects of the operations including recruitment, training, delivery and quality of supply chain products. Joshi has a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Marc Levine is responsible for all the finance, accounting, facility, purchasing and information technology activities for the organization. Prior to joining JDA, Levine spent 25 years in a variety of senior financial leadership positions with Hewlett Packard. In his last role at HP he served as the company’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Before that Levine served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer for HP Enterprise Services. In this role, he drove financial and operational support to the business providing insights into performance, opportunities and risks. Additionally he led disciplined execution of the daily operations as well as transformational and governance model initiatives. Levine also served as Vice President of Finance for the Enterprise Business where he managed all financial activities for the enterprise storage and servers, software and services businesses. Levine holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Serge Massicotte is responsible for establishing, communicating and delivering JDA’s core technology, including product architecture, innovation, analytics, cloud enablement and mobility. Prior to JDA, Massicotte served as the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at Cloud9, a Silicon Valley startup providing cloud applications for sales forecasting and pipeline management. There he was responsible for developing a best-in-class platform for Cloud9’s SaaS applications. Prior to Cloud9, Massicotte worked for Taleo Corporation for five years as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Products and Platform and was responsible for developing the architectural underpinnings of the company’s SaaS talent management solutions. Prior to Taleo, Massicotte served as Vice President of Product and Operations in charge of GEOCOMtms, a company acquired by Red Prairie in 2007. Massicotte holds a BSc in Mathematics, a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from Université Laval, and a MPhil in Computer Science from York University, York, UK.
As executive vice president and chief revenue officer, Mark Morgan is responsible for leading global sales. Morgan has been with JDA for nearly 20 years, and has most recently served as senior vice president of sales for JDA’s North American operations. Prior to that, he served as regional vice president of sales for the company’s EMEA operations and as vice president leading the JDA’s North American manufacturing sales organization. Morgan served in a variety of presales, sales and consulting roles at i2 Technologies from 1999 until the company’s acquisition by JDA in 2010. Prior to joining i2, he worked in consulting at Manugistics (eventually acquired by JDA) and had multiple roles within supply chain at Ford Motor Company. Morgan holds a bachelor of science degree in logistics management from Michigan State University and an MBA in finance from University of Detroit Mercy.
Dan Reese is senior vice president, Customer Success at JDA, where he is responsible for the cultivation and growth of global cloud, SaaS, support and renewals business. Reese joined JDA from Deltek, where he spent more than 18 years in a variety of technical support and leadership positions, including as vice president, global support. At Deltek, his focus on customer success led to a more than 95 percent renewal rate and the establishment of premium support offerings, achieving a global certification from the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) along with a world class rating in customer satisfaction. He was also co-founder of Deltek’s corporate mentor program. Prior to Deltek he worked in a variety of support capacities at Harper and Shuman, Inc. Reese was a founding member of the TSIA Advisory Board, an active member of the Boston chapter of the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) and frequent customer user group speaker. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
David Rye serves as Senior Vice President (SVP) of strategy and corporate development at JDA Software. In this role, Rye will shape JDA’s corporate strategy around its portfolio, services, cloud and go-to-market approach, and operationalize this strategy cross-functionally. Rye joined JDA in April 2017 from Informatica Corporation, where he served as SVP of corporate development responsible for strategy, corporate and business development, strategic investments, and operational transformation initiatives. He played a pivotal role in helping drive Informatica’s revenue growth from $390 million to $1.1 billion. Rye helped drive the company’s organic growth strategies coupled with the acquisition and integration of numerous companies. Prior to spending nine years in the software industry at Informatica and Hyperion Solutions, he spent over five years as a private equity investor at Thayer Capital Partners and Atlas Venture. Rye began his career in investment banking at Robertson Stephens & Co. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Princeton and a master of business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
